The Open Culture Foundation (OCF) is a nonprofit organization, founded in 2014 by several open tech communities in Taiwan. OCF advocates Open Source, Open Government, Open Data, Digital Rights, and Internet Freedom based on the principles of “Openness, Transparency, and Public Participation”. The team focuses on the foundational infrastructure behind digital systems and hopes to build a safer and more equitable world for all.

The goal is to construct a legible, bold, and vivid brand image through digital media, which accommodates the spirit of “Co-create the Digital Future” in a fast-paced and widely connected world.

開放文化基金會（OCF）是一個非營利組織，成立於 2014 年，並由台灣的多個開放科技社群與活動組織所組成。 OCF基於「公開、透明、眾人參與」的精神原則，提倡開放原始碼、開放政府、開放資料、數位人權和網路自由。該團隊專注於數位系統背後的基礎設施，希望建立一個更安全、更為所有人創造且更公平的世界。建立清晰、大膽、生動的品牌形象為此次品牌整合計畫的主要目標，並且在快節奏及廣大的互聯網世界中，體現「共創數位未來」，與組織一同搭建「開放世界的超連結」。
